Once you have completed your purchase, it will take 3-5 business days to process your order. If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request to a product replacement within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email proof of purchase and photo(s) of defective product. If the case is deemed valid, Kiora Swim will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
